Swollen eyes

Last night this little guy had his eyes shut. I brought him in and washed them off. They seemed to be like pink eye crusty. Today they're open but swollen. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I have put him his own area for now. I don’t hear any breathing or coughing issues.

For now, use a warm (not too hot) washcloth and apply to the eye. I would then use some Colloidal Silver (find it online or at a health supplement store like Sprouts/Wholefoods, etc.,) and using a Q-tip apply around the eye. Alternatively, if you can get some Saline soulution I would try some of that.
I've used a Gentamicin Sulfate (25-50mg) solution to help my birds, but I'm afraid I don't know the dosage for chickens... he might need antibiotics though-
That looks like a pretty nasty infection.
