So I went out to do my check and I found everyone is starting to get swollen eyes, it's not too bad but all I can see is swollen eyes no other symptoms of anything and it doesn't even look too bad it must have just started recently, what do I do for them?

More importantly, how did they get it? Have you recently bought a new chicken or other fowl that could have been a silent carrier? Mycoplasma, coryza, and ILT are some of the respiratory diseases that can cause facial/eye swelling. Those diseases cannot be cured by antibiotics--only will help to decrease symptoms, but they will always be carriers, and may get sick whenever stressed. You can't sell or give away chickens or hatching eggs with a respiratory disease in the flock. New chickens will get it. That said, if you do not plan to cull the sick ones, then get some Tylan 50 injectible, and give 1/2 ml for under 5 lb, 1 ml for over 5 lb, and 1/4 ml for banties. The best thing you could do is to find out what they have by having the sickest bird tested, or have a necropsy done by your state vet. Here is a good link for reading up on diseases and a link for finding your state vet:
