Just noticed one of my 1 year old black Australorps had a ball of what I thought was white discharge in her eye. When I tried to clean her up I realized it was firm and not cleaning up, possibly her inner eyelid? The whole side of her face is swollen as well. Any ideas? I have her isolated right now.

It looks like the conjunctiva is swollen. She probably has conjunctivitis and sinus infection, possibly from mycoplasma (MG,) a chronic respiratory infection. I would get some Tylan 50 injectable and a few syringes with needles. It is a cattle antibiotic used in chickens. Give it orally (take the needle off) 1 ml for a 5 pound hen, 2-3 times a day for 5 days. You might want to put some Terramycin eye ointment into her eye twice a day as well. Make sure that she is drinking well. Are you seeing any sneezing or shortness of breath.

Tylan ordered. She is showing no other symptoms other than what the pics show. She's eating, drinking, pooping, and breathing just fine. She even laid an egg since I isolated her
