swollen sinus

Hi! I have a 2 week old baby with a swollen sinus and a little bit of a watery eye. The other side is totally normal and all my other quail are fine. I have been treating with terramycin (ophthalmic ointment) for 2 full days administering 2times each day, but not seeing much change to the swollen sinus. Any ideas on how to help this baby?

Are you putting the terramycin directly into the eye? That's where it needs to go, not just on the swelling.

Just keep treating the eye. It should eventually clear up.

Yes the terramycin has been going directly in the eye. They eyes looks a little better but the sinus is still overly swollen

You could try a little hydrocortisone cream directly on the swollen sinus gland.
