How much should i feed her and how often? I have a ten ml syringe. Its obvious that She is under weight when compared to her buddies. I dont really know what else to do. Id try trimming her beak but idk how.

Have you Googled any links on scissors beak chickens? Many people add water to their feed to make it moist, and place it in a high sided bowl to make it easier to eat. TheChickenChick.com and other links that you will find give instructions on trimming beaks with dog nail clippers or filing them with Dremels.

Place a crate or cage/pen inside the coop or run. Ever day, place her in the crate for 10 minurptes with her food and water, especially first thing in the morning and in evening before roosting. Or you can leave her in there for a week or so to get her built up and strong. Some vitamins added to the water would help, and a bit of plain yogurt to her feed. This crate should be near the other chickens where she can see them.
