Is there a list of table scraps that are exceptable to feed your chickeds? I'm not sure what to give them and what not to give them.

I give ours anything that's left over out of my kitchen that is food. But we eat pretty healthy, hardly any meat and mostly organic stuff, mostly vegetables and fruit and grain products, so that's mostly what they get, with a little fish, eggs, and dairy and occasionally chicken, turkey, beef, or goat meat scraps.
