Does anyone know the order of feather growth in ducklings? All their tails are looking like they have fringe stuck to their butts. [IMG]

Very skinny needle like shafts start to grow long and they have a the baby fuzz.... I guess it looks like fringe... At the tips still.

Our 2 Pekins started getting feathers on their tails at about 2 weeks. they are now 3 weeks old and they look like 2 little cotton balls walking around now. They are starting to get better at floating in the water now too. I am ready for Walmart to start carrying the kiddie pools (I think they are ready for it too) Crickett is anyway she LOVES to swim.
