I have seen that one of my Easter Egger chicks which is the lighter one has been wagging his/her tail on occassions but not entirely. I am worried that he/she could possibly might have worms in it's vent. I'm wondering why it wags it's tail on some occassions?

No, they do that a lot. Don't worry about it.
