This egg came from one of my 2 1/2 year old RIR hens. We found this on the ground in their run. What do you make of it?

I love these tiny eggs! My son calls them gum balls. Once, we fried a tiny egg next to a regular size one - it was cool to see the difference. Also, one time, we compared the tiny one with an XXXXXXXL one - that was super rad to see.

It's called a fart egg. In 2 1/2 years of raising chickens, I have only had one. They don't usually have a yolk, but mine did.

Do these tend to have both a yoke and white? We will be cracking it open tomorrow to see whats inside. We were calling it a fart egg. But I like gumball also.

I have only had one in the last batch of new layers. I blew it so I could save it. I also blew the first one I ever got.
    Fun way to save them!
