This is our six-month-old rooster, Blackie (don't worry, he was named by my 5 year old sister). I have no clue what he is!!!

    This is him eating:

This is a close-up of his face:

    Here he is standing up:

This is a view of his front:

This is one I got of him as he was running:

Here he is crowing in front of his girls:

Now he's crowing on top of his run:

Any ideas would be appreciated! Just take a look, PLEASE!!! If you click on the pics, they expand.

EEs are often sold as hatcheries as Amerecaunas or Auracaunas. Auracaunas are rumpless and have ear feathers. Amereacunas have beards and muffs and are not rumpless.

He might be a clean faced tailed araucana . Were did you get him ?

NOt all araucanas are rumpless and have tufts that is just what the breed standard is .

EE's have muffs and come in a variet of colors

I just noticed he had some feathers sticking up on the back of his head ? Is that how they always are or just in the pics . He may be a mix !

Quote:I agree. He's got the comb of an EE, but the body type of a game.
