I have 5 chicks about 2 weeks old and they hate me lol, I walk up to the cage and they move as far from me as possible. I've had them for about 4 days and have went out each day to scoop up each chick and pet them/inspect them. I try gentle petting them and I try to offer treats. I say try because so far they have turned down everything I've offered. Tomatoes, egg, greek yogurt. I tried to hand feed they won't come near, I put it down and they don't even try to figure out what it is. Will they be a little more interested in new food when they get older? Also what can I do to make them ok with being touched there is only one (new hampshire red) that is calm when picked up she'll usually lay down and close her eyes but all the others (both barred rocks and both cochins) are stiff and wiggly and peep peep PEEP! I could use some advice...if I could just get them to eat from my hand...

It sounds to me as if you rushed things and scared them. My advice would be to hang out quietly and NOT try to touch or catch them. Just put you hand in the brooder and let them get used to you. Eventually they will come to you (being the curious creatures that they are).
