I vowed that this year I want to keep every receipt. What are some ways to write stuff off when keeping/selling livestock and selling produce?

What about that homestead exemption thing. We had it in Florida but now we are in Tennessee.

I also write as a home-based business. How on earth could I write at least part of our phone/Internet bill off?

I don't wanna get sneaky with taxes but wonder how to write things of and avoid getting audited. lol I actually have no idea how any of this stuff works!
