Tell me about Quail...

I see lots of people with lots of quail. Do you all eat them, or just have them as pets or what? I saw monarch's quail processing, and it seems like a lot of work for a tiny amount of meat. Is it hard to eat around the mini bones?

Monarc23 also posted a thread on here about raising them so check that out too. If you process at 12+ weeks there's more meat, especially the breasts. They are bigger than you'd think.
