It was another beautiful day today. The babies in the brooder spent most of the day outside and not stinking up the house and there is peeping noise coming from under the broody that is in the coop.

Well the short sale is out. Once it is up for auction, it can't be touched. Shoot. BUT! We found a horse property we are going to look at tonight that is for rent.

One good thing that happened to me today was the dishwasher installer changed his schedule for me so I will have my afternoon free tomorrow. My son and exchange student have prom tomorrow night. He is coming in the morning instead. He didn't have to do that. He actually changed someone else to the afternoon.

Usually they would tell you 'well, you will have to wait until Monday.' Never have met the guy, but it was awfully nice of him. After a week without the dishwasher it made my day!

My DH bought me a dozen long stemmed roses. A beautiful coral color. They're my Mother's Day gift from "the boys"

I did a lot of cleaning in the goat barn and it looks GREAT!

I got to watch one of my bosses go ballistic on a customer. Pure awesomeness.

I took a class at the local access station and it was great!!!

My husband is on shore and home! At least for now until he heads back to the rig. Drilling has begun on the relief well. Thankful to all the crew and hard working men and woman out there there were along side my husband and still out there now cleaning and trying to shut in that well.

I'm going to rack em up today

1) It's Friday
2) the sun is shinning and it's soooooooo nice outside
3) I hit all but one green light on the way into work
4) I think i'm going to leave work early

5) The PO called we have a box of eggs waiting for me to pick up on the way home
6) Yesterday afternoon we sold the last batch of for sale chicks and there are no more in the incubator
