Can someone give me step by step instructions on how the temp and humidity should be, from day one to day 21?

I am new to this but from what I have read the temp is suppose to be 99.5. My temp has been from 92 to 110 and everything is going good. I have movement in the eggs and they are due to hatch 4/30. My humidity has also been up and down from 28% to 60% or so. they say that the humidity should be around 50% till last three days then it is up to 60% to 80% form what I have read here.
AS I said I am new to all this and so far every thing is going good, I will candle again to night to make sure they are moving and still on course.

Your temps need to stay steady through out the hatch. I keep my forced air bators at 99.8 My still airs 100 to 101 nothing higher. Low temps cause the chicks to be delayed in hatching. High temps either cause chicks to hatch out early with problems or kill them.

Humidity range for the first 18 days, I keep mine around 40% bump to 70% the last 3 days.
