Temp issues incubating quail eggs

I put some quail eggs in to incubate on Saturday. My temps had been very steady before putting them in. Yesterday I checked and the temp was 102. I turned the temp down and released some heat. This morning I got up and noticed the lid was not on correctly and the temp was down to 95. I put ot back on right and now the temp is up to 99. Are the eggs a lost cause or is there hope for them?

I'm not familiar with how sensitive quail eggs are, but my chicken eggs have survived much worse.
