Terramycin powder still effective if damp?

Is the powdered Terramycin still effective after it gets damp?

I left an opened foil packet outside overnight and the contents got damp from the dew. It's not a solid cake, but it's not powdery either, just sort of clumpy.

I don't want to toss it if it's still good since it costs $6 a packet. And especially since I had to buy this because I couldn't find the other THREE packets I've bought previously.

But I'd rather buy yet another than treat sick birds with ineffective medicine.

In addition to being damp... quick/wide temperature changes can reduce the activity of a drug or completely denature it.
