    Already knew all of that, but I'm very happy someone mentioned it all. I especially hate that out here, in an extremely non-agricultural town, people think "cage free" is the same as "free range," thus store-bought cage free eggs are good for you.

    AND that brown eggs are better than white eggs. [​IMG]

    I was surprised they said only "grocery store" eggs need to be refridgerated. I put all my hen's eggs in the fridge daily.
