I built an incubator and hatched my first egg today, and I just wanted to say thank you for all the advice I surreptitiously obtained.
I thought I would be able to hold it together but I got just as frantic as everyone else on that last day.
So now I have my Labor Day baby.

Yes, but not right now, I need to get through the molt and heat so my two hens can lay me at least four eggs in the same week.
Then I'll give it another go.
