How do you like your beaver? Pelt on, pelt gone, leave a bit, I dunno. While we are here, how do you like yours done? Medium, medium rare, well done, I’m not even going to offer you the rare beaver. Too messy with all that blood dripping. Not in my restaurant.

Yep I was sleeping BUT I see I’m the only one up this early.
Now only beavers for Thanksgiving
I would prefer mine with a nice moist not to dry having a partial pelt so I know what I’m eating. Only reason I mention that is because if you cook the beaver way to dry you are gonna need to add a lot of gravy before that mouth watering taste. Let me know when the beavers ready for me ducking duck

Beavers!? Personally I find it difficult to digest the tail. I'll be sticking with fried turkey wattles and possibly some jellied moose nose.

No thanksgivings or stuffed turkey in the oven here.
In the Netherlands we have our national liberation day (end WOII) on the 5th of may. With lots of outdoor festivals, great free music and rock bands, some military parades and expensive beer. I really missed it this year.

I do gave a pic of Tree Turkey’s though (not mine , pic made on a hike).
