How are you cooking them? I've found that turnips don't cook to as soft a degree as, say, butternut squash. Never done rutabaga.Does anyone have tips on cooking turnips and rutabaga (@Sapphire Sebright)? I absolutely love them but they always end up having hard spots and I have no idea why
