First of all I would like to thank all of you that take the time to answer the posts on this forum. I'm a 55 year old woman who's loving husband thinks shes certifiable. In less than a year we went from having no animals to getting a dog, chickens, guinnea hens and peacocks. I think a couple of cows are in our future. We live on several acres by the Florida Panther preserve. Being new to raising chickens all of you stopped me from making some fatal (for my chickens) mistakes. I made a coop from recycle materials, large shipping crates and pallets. But its so far so good- thanks to all of you having the answers to my questions already posted. I'll post pics when I have time to take them. Thanks again
