Ingredients: chopped turkey 4 large farm eggs chopped bacon (cooked) cheese (whatever you got) steamed broccoli leftover biscuits or rolls leftover gravy Beat eggs. Add broccoli to mix and add to a non-stick skillet over med. heat. Add bacon, turkey, and cheese to one side of omelette and continue to heat til egg is thoroughly cooked the flip over. Serve with warm biscuits and gravy and enjoy with family.
