"Bearol was suppose to escort you.  I have my reasons for taking over, and also figured I'd spare you his steer manure."  He kept his hands folded behind his back. "Captain I am not going to mince words with you.  I spent all night talking to my old man.  Though neither of us know exactly what you feel, and this is off books by the way, you need to give the old man a break.  I think it best you distance yourself from him in your friendship.  I know that your business is not mine, but my fathers is.  Though he wont admit it, I can plainly see that he is head over heels, for a mare that has little to no feelings for him.  You have him flustered.  I have never seen him act like such a... well an idiot.  You may think me prude, but he is about to volunteer for the heat of battle, he needs to focus.  I am not willing to loose my dad right now.  I hope you can be somewhat understanding."  He kept his manner calm and even.  No rude tones whatsoever.
Callabine stopped in her tracks. "I need to give him a break? General, I'm not the one following me around. I don't have any room in my life right now for a relationship, anyway." She shook her head and continued walking. "I have made no advances towards him, nor do I intend to. And anyway, he is old enough to be my grandfather. No offense meant."

Quote: "Not taken.. he's old enough to be my grandfather." Ykrus chuckled. "Well if what you say is true he's got me worried. He's a level headed guy, but his compassion can be his weakness some times. He told me you know about Melody. I am thinking it's his attraction to you. She was, and you are very beautiful... Though being I'm an 'Imbecile' I could be wrong." He gestured at what she called him the night before.

(I'm assuming that the med ship's in that tiny triangle of neutral space where the Drex, Battian and Rivven empires meet.)

Ginger was taking the shortest route to Tyto, instead of going around Battian territories she went straight through. Collia reclined the co-pilot's seat so that it was like a bed and rested. While she was tired from Kisu draining her energy, her mind was alive with thoughts. I... don't believe this. After all these years, I get to see Saroya again. Wow... is this a dream? No, its not. Definitely not.

Then Collia's mind began to wonder away from Saroya. Hmm, the radar says that there is a patrol of Drex ships nearby. Oh well. Her ears then flicked around. Wait, why am I thinking "oh well"? Being alone and having a patrol of Drex ships nearby can mean life or death. Even though they are weakened... But Collia's thoughts always came back to a single thought. Nothing mattered. Why... why am I feeling this way? Her gut seemed to give a warning quiver. What's that all about? But it hardly ever even moved anymore. She just brushed it off with the same thought that she had ended every other one with, oh well. It was just too much energy, too much effort to feel anything.

"Collia," Ginger gently patted the sleeping Lunar Cat, "we're here."

Collia awoke, instantly becoming alert. "Really?!" She must have fallen asleep at some point during the ride, but she wasn't worrying about that now. She flew out of the bridge, following Ginger.

"Lead me to the hollow," Ginger said. Collia nodded and flew to the hollow, Ginger following behind.

Collia sucked in a gasp as she landed on the branch. It was exactly the same as the one in her dream. Once Ginger landed she quickly wrapped her paws around the skyport and yanked it open. She went inside and yelled, "Saroya!"

"Collia!" A black Lunar Cat cried as she came around from behind a corner.

Orb turned a little pale. "Do they have a stone about the size of a Mobguar there." It was a thought that he didn't want to visit, he pressed his brow because it upset him.

"We have just about all the training equipment you can imagine," Skench said, "mainly designed for owls, but we have some stuff for the other races too."

Orb nodded then made his way. He made a point of memorizing everywhere he went, sights, smells, sounds, feel. He considered the training area. It wasn't quite what he was needing. He knew that Gylfie saw Mobguar in action. He approached a Strigidean. "Excuse me please?"

The snowy owl turned to look at him, "how may I help you?" She was in full battle gear, though she was only training.

Quote: "Yes I need a place that's secluded. I need a large stone, a rock, about the size of a Mobguar. Hopefully with both open space and a few trees. I don't care if its out in a forest I just need a large stone... do you know where I can find one?"

"Out by the west cliff. Hardly anyone goes there, and you can find rocks bigger than Mobguars."
