I won't know how bad the damage is till I can dig it out but at least the chickens were still in the coop!

Oh, that stinks! When Hurricane Sandy came rolling through here, I lost one of my brand new chicken pens. It really is terrible looking! (It's still in our yard! lol)

Glad your chickens were safely indoors. Let the shoveling begin. . .

Hang in there - does not look like a fun way to spend a Sunday morning...or any other time.

Lots of shoveling and we are almost back in business. For now the girls are in the garage laying eggs in strange places lol!
Just have to get the top wires on to keep the hawks away.
    We had 28 inches!

Wow - another reason I'm so glad I live in Florida!

I'm glad your girls made it through okay - happy Easter egg hunting!

we had almost 4 feet here:( I brought my chickies in on Friday just in case, they were happily laying eggs in my basement and entertaining one of my cats:)

Luckily no damage here (storm sandy demolished 3/4 of my dutch barn)...and they are back out today,,,weird weather, it's now in the 40's and so foggy you can't see across my yard!

Glad your chickens were safe and not much damage!
