Here is Cupcake - an RIR that was originally sexed as a pullet - I'm thinking its a roo:/ (4 1/2 weeks old)

Here is Cooper the mystery bird - can someone please tell me what kind of comb s/he is developing? and are the feathers sticking up on his head an indication that maybe he is some kind of crested breed? His legs were yellow, then a weird green and now more of a whitish/green color. He is also a total spaz ( I mean that in a loving way:D)

This is Eddie who is very depressed that I won't let him "play" with the chickens...

Houdans have a 5th toe - mine doesn't. This guy has been an anomally since s/he hatched. He was never fluffy and was missing a bunch of feathers. Everyone would come in our classroom to look at the chicks and say "AWWW they're so cute! Well except that white one - he's kind of ugly" I think he has developed an "ugly duckling" complex because of it. I think he is becoming a very pretty chicken myself...
( I guess I like to see the potential in everyone/thing)
