"The Egg Squat" - anybody have a picture?

    , like others have said, if you're not sure, it hasn't happened yet. It's so distinctive -- the sudden stillness, the wings back, the unladylike way your hen tips her tail up toward you ...

    Sunset Chickens, your blog is terrific. Love the photos, especially the egg blowing out section.
    (I'm not a newbie - my girls have been squatting for months, but I thought it would be good for future newbies to see it.)

    I just looked at the short film clip about squating and I never saw my girls do that and I am getting eggs.

    I go out to them all the time and pick them up, I cannot believe I never saw this. Do they all do it?
