Post a flier at a local school and have an "egg day" each week where you come and sell dozens in the teachers' lounge at lunch until they're gone.

your neighbors must be morons... [IMG] If you can't use them all, you can freeze them. Crack them into a bowl, beat them lightly, and pour into a freezer strength zipper bag. You can do as many or as few to a bag as you think you may use at one time, either for cooking scrambled eggs for breakfast, making pancakes, baking, etc. My friends & family aren't fools; they come along fairly often saying, "got any eggs?" [IMG] Maybe I should start saying "Yeah. Got any money?" [IMG]

We get people knocking on our door for freebies all the time. We try to tell them that we sell our stuff for money. We are farmers and need to pay bills also.

Anyone ever try pickled eggs? They are yummy!!!
