First, thank you for all the ideas I got from this website! I finally finished my own coop/run, and I’m very pleased with how it turned out. I didn’t keep an itemized part/cost list, but I was easily under $200. I did buy the pallets, but at $7 each for the 6 I used, it was well worth it. Each pallet had plywood and they were all the same size, so very easy to work with. I only paid $20 for the roofing, from a guy who buys it in large quantities of slightly (very slightly) damaged.
I know nothing about drawing plans, but I hope the pics at various stages help, if you like this build.
By the way, I WILL be changing the food/water hanging method. It really hit me how dangerous it looks when I was taking the pic.
