I can't find my old post where I showed pics of them as peepers, but here are some of my girls now - 20 weeks old.....we are patiently waiting for eggs.....or nor so patiently, we can't wait!

Foghorn- RIR and a total sweetie....our other RIR is sweet too, but very shy

Ghost - Delaware, the Head Hen, a little persnickety, but I am sure it's just an ego thing

Makarov - Gold Laced Wynadotte, the largest of them all, but at the bottom of the pecking order, another sweetie

Spoiled rotten is more like it.....my husband keeps calculating how much each egg is going to cost us every time I go out there with extra treats.....apples, cabbage, romaine lettuce, grapes, etc. He says they eat better than we do

One of my two RIR's laid her first egg today at 23 weeks of age. They look like mine did a few weeks ago, so hopefully you'll get some soon!
