    Just brought home 10 Rhode Island Reds. They are four weeks old and under the lamp for tonight. Temps are supposed to get a little on the chilly side. Would rather be safe than sorry.

    Nice birds!

    By all means, if in doubt, give them heat. Just make sure they can get away from it if they are too warm.
