Having a very s-l-o-w indoor day today. Last night the power went out -- immediately known by we CPAP users as the air supply was cut off -- and so I trod the familiar path to the bathroom in the dark only to trip over the dog who decided to free-range sleep off his dog bed. Landed squarely on my cartilage-less knees on the tile. The household got to enjoy the serenade of my screaming in pain. Stayed in bed extra long once the power was restored a few hours later as I had finally gotten comfortable again. The joints are not happy today. No gardening today. Naproxen is my friend. When the appropriate hour hits, bourbon might join in.
