Just wanted to show the perfectly pipped and zipped egg (on the rt.) and the little 24 hr. old call duck that came out of it. Haven't got a name for this lone baby yet but it'll come to me.

That is a perfect zip! and what a cute bed....too bad it will last about an hour then you will have to get a larger one! LOL. They grow so fast, it's a shame. I love the baby antics.

We just had a blue swedish mix hatch and she was wry neck...if you you tube wry neck duckling, you will see the EXACT same thing she did and that she looks like. She is now straightened out, gave her vitamins... She still walks funny. She lurches everywhere because she can't seem to walk straight. She is about 4 days old, and cute.
Champagne is her name, and here is a quick webcam shot from a few minutes ago, blurry but you get the idea
