    Behind bars that is!

    Askew gets all haughty.

The boss hen (Little Sister) gives him a challenging glare

He immediately drops his head and flicks his tail

And seduces them with a bit of food

    He flares his wattles

Little Sister checks him out from above.

Alas the excitement is over and the girls leave him

He's a mannerly boy and has a calm nature.

The Real Deal Steele! Don't worry, honey, those girls just have really short attention spans...

[IMG]Is it just me, or did his wattle flare picture look exactly like Stan's wattle flare?

They probably don't want to seem too anxious after Stan's departure. But you know, Little Sister does have that Scarlett O'Hara thing going! Stan would be proud to call you "son," Steele! :D

Awww.... I am glad that Steele is a gentleman. The girls will warm up to him eventually. I'm happy their first meeting went well. [IMG]

Thanks for the kind words. Steele has so much wattle that they curl more than flare.
