The Shell Is Mising Pieces See Full Baby But Sac Showing Mainly

I NEED HELP>> I WENT TO CHECK MY MOMMA GIVE HER SOME GRAPES THERE IS A CRACKED PIECE MISSING CHICKEN BABY.. it is in a sac of fluid .. it is not moving but it s warm .. i dont know if its dead or alive do i poke the sac .. HELP

Just random question how do you know if its warm if you havent touched it? Post a picture, that would help me tell you.

i went out there with a cloth and yes it was dead with its little beach through the sac...

I really wonder why or what happened .... very sad but thanks for help
