The Strike is OVER!

    Since the time changed we have been getting 1-2 eggs a day from 6 layers. Last night we changed the timer on the lights and today we got 4! FOUR!!! I am relieved.

    Mine are off the srike as well, the weather warmed up a little and I'm now getting 2 a day instead of the 1 every other day from 7 girls. Better than nothing! I don't think they were ready for the cold so quick!

    I have gotten 1 in 2 weeks [​IMG]
    Tonight my hubby said he would put a light in their coop with a timer!!! Mine have taken a looonnggg strike! And Ewww, my hubby bought eggs from the store, they are so gross looking when they cook..whitish..ewww. He said they don;t cook the same and they are runny.

    Congratulations on your eggs!!!

    Yay!!! Doesnt it feel good? I only got one egg...but FIRST in over a month! I feel rich!

    debiraymond, what are your timer settings (on / off) and what kind of light are you using?
