    This doesn't surprise me at all. Food in its original natural state is, IMO, going to generally be rich in healthy nutrients. Its whats done to it after its original state, say for instance the 10 egg pound cake that alters the nutrition from good to not so good.

    Its unfortunate that the "eggs are bad for you" theory has really stuck with people. I still talk with folks that won't eat them because they believe they are bad for the heart and the cholesterol. I have never believed it, especially since having fresh eggs of my own.
