    Finally our first egg yesterday! I think it was from our bantam cochin because of the size. [​IMG]

    The granddaughter has named them all but I call these two Jack and Jill.

    Congratulations.
    Those first eggs are a funny lot as you can get some incredibly tiny eggs from large fowl and bantam alike, so hopefully you'll be able to catch someone in the act soon and know for sure who your new layer is.

    Congrats on your egg! My first was about the size of a quarter and my layers are nice big Barred Plymouth Rocks LOL
