I got right into BYC and didn’t do a member introduction.
I was focused on getting everything right and BYC really helped me.
I forgot to introduce the original origin of my Farm. I live on a 135 acre farm and it had a name for a while.
I just wanted to share this. I’m making this thread because I want to share tips and get tips from other chicken/duck lovers.
I’ve always loved ducks and this is my first batch of ducks that I’m really connected to. We also used to have chickens and my cousins Rottie killed them all!
You may be wondering, why White Rock Farm? Well, we got chickens and I convinced myself to get ducklings to! After rescheduling 5 times the ducklings finally got delivered.
I couldn’t find a duckling one day, I was so upset thinking one got lost.
I looked around and herd peeping, I looked around found a little white rock.
The duckling was peeping by the rock all alone. This was back in 2000.
The duckling eventually died (obviously of old age) and I now finally got more ducks and chickens! So, as I said before I’m making this thread for sharing and getting tips! I thank you all very much for all the support oBYC.
Here are some current pics I have!

Here is my big (not actually big, he is a little small lol) boy. He loves the snow apparently?
Here are some other duck and chicken pics of mine below 👇🏻

If You guys have any tips that would be awesome. Thank you!

So cute! Looks like you have a happy little farm and flock! Gotta love muddy ducks!
Thank you! I try to keep them clean but all duck owners have to admit that is close to impossible... no matter what I try they make the run muddy and I have to clean it out very often
