crusin the web, curious about homemade foods after finally accomplising my goal of creating my own mayo with MY eggs, I found this amazingly yummy recipe for ranch dressing, and wanted to share it with you guys.

1/3c mayonnaise (I used my own homemade mayo)
1/2c sour cream (I used yogurt)
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh dill (or 1/2tsp dried. The second time I made this, I used much younger dill, so the flavor wasn't as lovely as the first time, but still yummy!)
1tbsp minced fresh parsley (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp salt (I left this out, and it was still super yummy)
and fresh cracked pepper to taste.

mix it together, viola! super yummy, super not oily tasting (like the kind out of a bottle at the store)!

yep! It is SOO yummy! I was suprised how not oily textured it was compared to the stuff from the store too...and I can pronounce all of the ingredients! Lunch was a whole sliced up seedless cucumber, and a bowl of homemade ranch dressing ^.^

Sounds amazing. Ranch dressing is its own food group as far as I'm concerned.
