There once was a pullet named Bertha...

...who LOVED to lay in one certain nest box. But today there was a problem...Purdy beat her to it. So what does Bertha do? She sits on top of Purdy:

Purdy holds her ground for a couple of minutes but then they start to scuffle (friendly scuffle that is):

Purdy gives up and I help her find another nest box:

Bertha gets right down to it:

Looks like Purdy wasn't the only one to beat Bertha to the box:
