I have two cheap thermometers and a relatively cheap digital thermometer/hydrometer and they are all saying the same temp..so should I assume since they are all reading the same they are accurate? Or what are the odds they are all off the same?

Test them at a few different temperatures. However it sounds like they are all right!

If all three are reading the same I would assume you are safe. I am currently struggling with two thermometers and a temp gun all reading different. I just added a third thermometer. Another idea is to take the average of all three. I cant see why that wouldn't be very close to your actual temp.(If they are reading different)
