    Has anybody ever had an 8-week old with a comb like these end up laying eggs?

    All are cockerels, I'd try finding them homes Asap. Craigslist works wonders.

    pea comb* Rose combs are flatter and wider and tend to thin out at the end of the comb.

    ? Perhaps you could be a tad bit more specific.. I've used craigslist to get rid of un-wanted cockerels all the time and has always work so it is not false..

    Yes.. That's a rose comb, EEs/Ameraucanas have Pea combs.. would not be a purebred if it had a rose comb.
