When we've received the wrong breed chicks from reputable hatcheries (happened twice so far) the hatcheries have been very responsive, and shipped the correct birds, free, another time, at our convenience.
I'm sorry you had this experience! And we've been happy with our hatchery chicks over many years.

Hi! She looks just like my Blue Bell! Does she have neon greenish yellow ear lopes? Does she lay minty blue eggs?

She’s a brown Leghorn. Laid white eggs. Her ears are now tinted a little green
