I knew I would be awake early and I was instantly AWAKE from the excitement.

Two of the little stinkers are out and making lot's of noise which is encouraging the others to stir, not quite sure which these are yet, I am hatching serama, black dutch bantams and bb red bantams.

    28 eggs...

    2 hatched
    4 starting to zip
    several more pips

    More pics later

I would say it's probably the BBred, or maybe the serama. It looks like it has a red head. Congrats!!

    3 now out!

I put my nose over one of the vent plug holes.....PHYEWEEEY!

I will NOT open the bator, hopefully the rest will hatch within a 24 hour period, I am paddling upstream at the moment as I seem to have 42 more eggs that need to be in an incubator asap ( they were supposed to come tomorrow) My new genesis is supposed to come today! I got a little bit carried away and bought more eggs than I kept track of, another 28 will be here tomorrow so 42 plus 28.....I have never been one to hang around the shallow end of the pool, I always dive right in at the deep end! I hope this insanity is not temporary as I am loving it.
