My order from My Pet Chicken came in today! These are supposed to be Rare Breed Assortment pullets, which according to their website could be: "aster Egger, any of our Polish varieties, Speckled Sussex, Chantecler, Naked Neck, Dominique, Black Jersey Giant, Blue Cochin, White Cochin, Golden Campine, Golden Phoenix, Golden Laced Wyandotte, Silver Laced Wyandotte, Light Brown Leghorn, Silver Spangled Hamburg, Exchequer Leghorn, White Sultan, Black Sumatra, Appenzeller Spitzhauben, Welsummer, Easter Egger or Silver Cuckoo Marans!"

    So....any guesses?

I have two of these. One is yellow, the other has a touch more orange on her back. Five toes, feathered legs

Two of these, they look very 'generic chicken'.

This one MAY be the same as the two above: the color pattern is similar but MUCH darker on this one, plus dark legs

I think you're right about the two Cochins. Now, how do you actually say Cochin. I'm saying it just like that: "Co-chin." Yes? No?

    Any other guesses?

Chick one looks to have beard and muffs. I do not think it is a cochin. Some say it co-chin, others co-shin

Okay, here are some of my guesses.

Chick 1: Cochin, White Sultans (do they have an extra toe?)

Chick 2: Dominique? (too much white IMO), black Jersey Giant, Exchequer Leghorn, Black Sumatra

Chick 3: Speckled Sussex, Easter Egger, Golden Phoenix, Light Brown Leghorn, Welsummer

Chick 4: Easter Egger, Golden Campine, Golden Layced Wyandotte

    Chick 5: Silver Spangled Hamburg

    Any thoughts?

2 looks like a Sumatra. This is Gypsy, our Sumatra pullet for comparison.
