So we got the 25 chicks to day and all is great. The adventure begins. We got the one free " mystery chick" and was wondering if you had any thought on what it was. I will post a pic later, but the disription is : mostly black body with a large( size of a small Marshmallow) white tuff on its head. Thoughts or guesses? It is really funny to look at.

I have chicks in the brooder but I ordered the "Ornamental Layer Mix" from McMurrays, now I can't wait to get them so I can start playing "Name that breed" too.

    Enjoy your new chicks!
