They're not eating the feed

Mouse & her chick are not eating the crumble I got them. It's been 4 days since I got Mouse this chick but she and the chick are refusing to eat the crumble and are instead eating whatever they find while free ranging.
It's really weird because I've always gotten the same crumble each year when Mouse raises chicks. I've always gotten Purina Start & Grow every year with no problems. I tried getting Flock Raiser thinking maybe they'd eat that but still nothing.
Currently they're just eating whatever they find.

Any reason Mouse & her chick aren't eating the feed at all??

It may be a bad bag of feed or more likely the hen just does not like the change of feed.

I do want to mention that the chick is obviously eating well because each night when I check them, it has a semi-full crop
