I do my first candle at 10 days and any that look like the eggs in your pictures I discard. Since your eggs have been in 7, 4, and 3 days it is a bit early and they may still develop yet. not all eggs develop at the same rate. I have had chicks start to hatch on day 18 through day 21.

Day 10 egg. Click on the pic.

I will leave mine in until day 15. I know for sure then.

I just saw the dates...

just know its bad to set eggs on different dates. so be careful

I do staggered hatches. I put in a tray at a time in the incubator. I use my stryofoam tabletop incubators as hatchers. So I have several different dates in my incubator. If you just have one incubator then it may be a problem. I think having one incubator to incubate in and one incubator to hatch in is a good idea if you are doing staggered hatches. Also does you incubator have a fan. I think fans are good, they circulate the air so you don't have hot or cold spots and it also helps the chicks when they hatch to dry. This is just my opinion. Everyone is different.
