Candled again today, I know, I am obsessed, but I am curious to know how things are coming along and what they look like at different stages. This egg has a very dark ring.....pretty sure its bad right. Just wanna make sure before I chuck it. I see veining and everything on 5 eggs, another egg I am not sure about but I'll post it separately.
I sure hope the rest make it, I am so nervous!

So is that a bacterial thing? What causes bloodrings?

Quote:Lots of things cause bloodrings, Improper temps in the bator or just after setting the eggs, improper handling of the egg. Stress from shipping.
